Every staff member goes through a multi-step approval process and are carefully evaluated to ensure they are well-matched to deal with young children. Hello! I am Pasi Pillai and I love working with young children and feel so blessed that I get to work with God’s children. I was born and received my education in the Fiji Islands. I have also received my Early Childhood Diploma from Vanguard University in California. I have been married to my wonderful husband Harry for 36 years. We have two kids of our own, Angelica and Jesse. Angelica is an Occupational Therapist in southern California and Jesse works for NOAH. We as a family have attended Westgate Chapel as our home church for the past 30+ years. We are BLESSED. It is an HONOR to work with young children.

Hello and welcome to the Pond Room. My name is Ronda Tveit and my husband is Shad. We have four amazing children Nicholas, Josiah, Abby and Rebecca, all of which attended Westgate Preschool. I have been teaching preschool for the last 20+ years and this will be my 11th consecutive year here at Westgate Preschool. Our family has attended Westgate for the last 25 years and have been involved in Children’s ministries. I am really excited to see what God has for us as a class and I consider it a blessing to come alongside the families that have entrusted us to join in the journey of Play, Learn and Grow in Jesus.

My name is Tonia Dresher, I’ve been married for 27 years and have 3 kids. I enjoy riding motorcycle with my husband, hiking, and spending time with my family. I’ve been a preschool teacher at Westgate for 10 years and I love it. I enjoy their excitement in learning new things and watching how much they grow and change over the school year.
